                                    Once we have received your end of tenancy checkout report we will determine if there are any claims to be made e.g cleaning\/damages.<\/p>

                                    We aim to send your End of Tenancy Statement within 30 days of your tenancy end date.\u00a0 This will detail any claims that may be needed.\u00a0<\/p>

                                    At this stage you can discuss any claims with your Property Manager.\u00a0<\/p>

                                    If you are disagreement with any claims and an agreement cannot be made with the owner then your Property Manager will submit the claim to the scheme holding your deposit.\u00a0 The lead tenant will then be contacted to submit your decision.\u00a0 If disputed the claim will be reviewed by an independent adjudication service who will make the final decision on whether the claim can be awarded.<\/p>
