Property Made Simple
Aberdeen Lettings is a team of hardworking, driven and fully committed individuals. We respond quickly and work with our landlords and tenants. We are proud to be bringing something fresh and innovative to the Aberdeen letting market.
The story began in 2009. John noticed that landlords and tenants were being overcharged in many ways, from tenant fees to “hidden costs”. So being a landlord himself, he started to manage his own buy-to-let properties, whilst completing a graduate management programme.
Having now run Southside Property Management in Edinburgh for seventeen years, he believed that this same customer-centric model could be introduced to other cities in Scotland.
Joining him is Angus who has worked with John for almost 15 years. Having built the back office IT system at Southside Property Management, he also is an active property landlord and runs a successful IT company.
Having taken over the portfolio of AM and PM we are ready to bring our wealth of knowledge to existing and new clients in Aberdeen.
