Move-In Day
On move-in day, you’ll meet your property manager at the property to collect keys, review the inventory and schedule of condition, and receive your welcome gift bag. We’ll also show you how everything works.
What You Receive
You’ll receive: keys, the tenancy agreement, inventory, EPC, gas safety certificate, electrical safety report, the How to Rent guide, and a welcome gift bag from our team. You’ll also get login details for our tenant app.
Setting Up Utilities
You are responsible for setting up gas, electricity, water, and council tax in your name from the day your tenancy starts. We provide the relevant account numbers and contact details in your move-in pack.
The First Week
Take meter readings on day one and send them to us. Check that all appliances are working and report any issues immediately. Update your address with your bank, employer, and other important contacts.
Your Welcome Gift Bag
