Why We Visit
Property visits allow us to check the condition of the property, identify any maintenance issues early, and ensure the property is being looked after. This protects both you and the landlord.
How Often
We typically conduct property visits every 3 to 6 months, depending on the landlord’s preference and the tenancy terms. You will always receive at least 24 hours’ written notice before a visit.
What We Check
During a visit, we check: general condition and cleanliness, any signs of damp or mould, that smoke alarms are working, that appliances are functioning, and any maintenance issues that need attention.
After the Visit
You’ll receive a short report after each visit. If any issues are identified, we’ll discuss them with you and arrange any necessary follow-up. It’s also an opportunity for you to raise any concerns.
